Ring Sizes - The Right Fit

Ring Size - It is very important to buy your ring in the correct size. If the ring is too loose, it will keep falling off. If it is too tight it will feel very uncomfortable, restrict the blood flow and be difficult to remove. Bear in mind that your finger size may vary slightly depending on weight variations, water retention, heat or cold. For instance women who are pregnant may find their fingers swell. People who have lost a lot of weight will find that their fingers get thinner as well. Fingers swell slightly in the heat and shrink in the cold. Rings can be resized if necessary but it is important to get the correct fit initially. It is important to measure your finger size when you are at your normal size and weight, and temperature conditions are average. 4. Check the resulting number against the table below to get your ring size.

These ring sizes are approximate only. The only way to ensure a good fit to try different rings on in different sizes to see which fits best. However these sizes will give you a starting point.
